The UK’s premier charity - for the printing and graphic arts industries

Patron: HM the Queen

The Printers’ Charitable Corporation has been the premier charity for the UK printing industry for the past 180 years and today extends the help it gives into all parts of the modern graphic arts and communications sector.

Despite its distinguished history the PCC has a very modern approach to the problems of the very high-tech and changing industry it serves.

The PCC has a very active welfare side making regular and one-off payments to printers and their dependants in need and is involved in training education for young people. Outgoing welfare payments for 2007 were budgeted to be in excess of £300,000 whilst the PCC’s overall cost budget was about £2 million!

The Charity also operates a 40-bed nursing home at Bletchley in Buckinghamshire and 72 state of the art sheltered apartments at Bletchley and at Basildon in Essex.

The PCC, with its headquarters at Three Bridges in West Sussex, actively seeks support for its work and can be contacted on: 01293 542820 or: Email Us using your default email client or use our handy Contact Form
